Understand protection before choosing the car

Every rental includes a basic cover. Higher levels can reduce your financial responsibility for contract-covered damage.

What is a deductible?

The deductible is the maximum amount that may remain payable by the customer for covered damage. If the damage costs less, the real damage amount applies.

What is a deposit?

The deposit is not a fee. It is a temporary hold requested at pick-up and released when the vehicle is returned as agreed.

What does CDW really mean?

CDW reduces liability for bodywork damage within contractual limits. It is not a full insurance policy for every part of the vehicle.
