The final rental agreement, where applicable, is signed separately between Racermap and the customer. These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website and do not replace the rental agreement.

In case of conflict, the conditions in the rental agreement signed by the customer prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown or communicated through the website are in Euro. Taxes, accessory costs or supplements are indicated where applicable before final confirmation.

Racermap may change prices, promotions and availability without notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed when Racermap accepts the booking or request.

Racermap aims to keep the website accessible and updated, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability.

Racermap liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
